24-7 People Solutions are recruiting for a Paint Technician on behalf of an esteemed and respected client to join their team!
Job Role:
To paint components to all customer verified specifications.
As a Paint Sprayer you will be responsible for :
- Testing and verifying the conformance of all painted products, at point of manufacture, before dispatching to customers.
- Performing laboratory test inspections to guarantee all painted products conform to the customer test specifications.
- Performing paint test measurements and document all results for full traceability of parts produced
- To verify the identification of all finished goods that have been through the first and last off test procedure on all paint batches produced and supplied to all customers.
- To assist were necessary the paint production department in achieving/interpreting paint specification standards to improve all technical employees knowledge.
- To effectively record the results of all paint tests to specification, to evidence to the end customer
1) To perform paint spraying activities to the specified customer quality standard for outgoing internally produced products.
2) To support the technical manager on all requested activities based on business needs required within the paint facility IE: Jigging, loading, prepping, cleaning, paint spraying, masking, paint mixing, polishing, general plant cleaning and upkeeping activities of the full facility etc.…
Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm
