About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Campervan Conversion Technician to join our growing workshop team, helping us create premium British-built campervans and adventure vehicles.
This is a hands-on role that combines the precision of a cabinet maker, the practical skills of a fabricator and coachbuilder, and the problem-solving ability required to deliver exceptional bespoke conversions.
You'll work on high-end MAN TGE, Volkswagen Crafter and Mercedes Sprinter conversions, including off-grid adventure vans, touring campers and fully bespoke customer builds. Every project is unique, and attention to detail is critical.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete all aspects of campervan conversion work to a high standard
- Carry out fabrication and installation tasks throughout the build process
- Construct and fit bespoke furniture and interior components
- Work accurately from plans, drawings and build specifications
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project deadlines
- Problem-solve and adapt solutions for bespoke customer requirements
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment
- Take ownership of projects from initial build stages through to final installation
Desirable Skills & Experience
While not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be highly advantageous:
- Campervan, motorhome or marine industry experience
- Furniture manufacturing and installation
- Reading technical drawings and CAD layouts
- CNC router programming and operation
- Plumbing systems installation
- 12V and 240V electrical systems
- Advanced cabinetry and joinery skills
