Based in the heart of Manchester, Betable Group are a team with knowledge and dedication to both online gaming and fintech solutions.
We are responsible for delivering top-class online gaming experiences for customers of over 100 online casino and bingo sites both in Great Britain and internationally.
Betable also have our own cutting-edge iGaming platform which hosts an array of casinos which enables them to operate as well as an exciting new payment solution which handles high volumes of payment transactions.
As we are a fast-paced business, the office manager will keep the workplace running smoothly while supporting the CEO & HR team where needed and handle our product packing & logistics for a small business, Little Ox Limited.
This role requires 4 days per week in the office to manage physical operations.
This position is well-suited for individuals who are organised, proactive, and at thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and order food, fridge, and snack stock for the office.

Ensuring the office is clean and tidy at all times

Greet visitors and clients while coordinating appointments.

Oversee all incoming deliveries and outgoing post.

Liaise with the building manager for any office-related issues.

Book and coordinate external contractors for office maintenance.

Deliver general administrative support including preparing letters and documentation.

Provide diary assistance, meeting coordination, and ad hoc support to the CEO.

Arrange all business travel and book accommodation.

Managing dinner and other ad hoc reservations for the company.

Arrange company dinners and social events.

Act as the primary point of contact for the IT provider to resolve issues.

Handle product packing and dispatching for the "Little Ox" side of the business.

Manage product customer service inboxes, refund requests, and questions.

Post on product social media and answer direct messages.

Conduct regular product stock takes.

Provide administrative management and oversight for business projects.

Assist the HR team and wider business as and where needed.

Provide occasional out of hours support to the C-Suite, which may include evenings and weekends when required.
- Be a reliable and dependable individual who can be trusted to manage tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Any other business (AOB) duties as required.
Essential Skills

Proven experience in a similar role

Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Full UK Driving Licence essential.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
- Monday – Thursday in the Manchester Office, Friday WFH
Flexibility is needed based on the Company needs, occasional out of hours support required.
