KetoBee is a wellness bakery based inside a premium yoga and wellness space, offering gluten-free, sugar-free, and keto-friendly treats. We're looking for a Cafe Lead who can develop our menu for in service and online, bake daily and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is friendly, reliable, and if you love cooking, baking or has experience in the kitchen, it is a plus (but not a must). If you’re passionate about health-conscious food and want to grow your knowledge in a wellness-forward environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake KetoBee products to a consistently high standard.
- Develop new healthy recipes and improve existing products.
- Help expand our menu for Deliveroo and future retail opportunities.
- Serve customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Recommend products and contribute to growing café sales.
- Maintain high food hygiene and kitchen standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
- Work closely with the founders to bring new ideas to life.
