We are looking for a qualified dental nurse that is a hardworking, enthusiastic, positive minded individual with high standards and a desire to work full time as part of an efficient and friendly team. At Didcot Dental Studio, we want all members of the team to be the best version of themselves and we will do everything we can to support you in your growth, so there will be opportunities for further nursing training in smile makeovers, dental implants, sedation, Invisalign, digital dentistry and practice management.
Ideally, we need someone able to cope with a busy clinical environment, as well as provide excellent customer service with a smile when covering reception! Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assisting dentists during procedures and ensuring patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules using IT systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns.
- Uphold hygiene standards and sterilization protocols in the dental practice.
- Collaborate with dental team members to ensure efficient workflow and organization.
Qualifications
- Valid dental nursing qualification and registration
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on comfort and support
- Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities
- Solid nursing background and knowledge of dental procedures
- Competent in IT applications relevant to dental practice management
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient schedules and records
Availability - Flexible to work until 8pm & weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
