The Role
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll play an important role in supporting customers and helping drive branch sales performance.
You’ll be speaking with customers daily via phone and email, helping process orders, preparing quotations, supporting sales opportunities, and building strong working relationships. This role offers a brilliant introduction into the world of sales and commercial business.
No two days are the same, and you’ll gain hands-on experience working within a busy, fast-moving environment where communication and customer relationships are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quotations and supporting sales opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Supporting upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Assisting with account management and customer support activities
- Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems
- Coordinating with internal departments regarding stock and orders
- Contributing to overall branch sales performance and customer satisfaction
