Hours
- Office-based in Birmingham city centre
The role of Architect (Residential):
- Lead and support the design and delivery of residential projects from concept through to completion
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and models using Revit
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance
- Conduct site visits and manage project timelines and budgets
- Stay up to date with UK building regulations and planning policies
The ideal Architect (Residential):
- Relevant degree or qualification in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years' experience working on residential projects in the UK
- Advanced proficiency in Revit — portfolio examples required
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Chartered status desirable
