Location: Lincolnshire, site-based role

Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)
Workdays: Monday - Friday - 8.30/9am start
Work Hours: Some flexibility between 8.30 - 9am start
Salary: £26,500 - £30,000
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and forward-thinking HR Administrator to join a sports outfit based in the Lincolnshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high standard of administrative support.
As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring records are accurately maintained and provide an efficient and professional HR service to colleagues across the business.
This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for growth and development within a success sports outfit who are going through a stage of growth. You’ll have a variety of work, no one day will be the same and there will be plenty of opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

About You

Ideally have previous experience working within a HR department but we would consider those from people-focused environment too

Working knowledge of HR systems

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information

A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable

CIPD qualification or studying towards a CIPD qualification
