The Opportunity
We're looking for exceptional Mental Health & Wellbeing Coaches to join our growing Associate Delivery Team.
This is more than a wellbeing role.
We provide practical, strengths-based coaching that helps people recognise their potential, build confidence and take positive steps towards brighter futures.
Our coaches create safe, supportive and encouraging environments where participants can overcome barriers, reduce social anxiety, build resilience and regain the confidence to move forward with their lives.
Successful applicants will join our Associate Talent Pool and will be offered part-time, self-employed assignments as new contracts are secured.
Our Mental Health & Wellbeing programmes are typically delivered using a hybrid model, combining engaging face-to-face group workshops with individual coaching sessions delivered both in person and online.
Associates should therefore be comfortable working within a hybrid environment and be willing to travel throughout Scotland where required.
Delivery hours vary depending on the requirements of each individual contract and will be clearly agreed before each assignment commences.
What You'll Do
Through a combination of engaging face-to-face group workshops and individual coaching sessions, you'll help participants develop the confidence, resilience and practical skills needed to move forward positively.
Typical responsibilities include:

- Provide one-to-one coaching tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
- Help participants build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
- Support individuals to overcome barriers such as social anxiety, isolation and low self-esteem.
- Encourage participation, positive peer support and community engagement.
- Help participants develop practical coping strategies and increased confidence for everyday life.
- Support progression towards employment, education, volunteering and independent living.
- Signpost participants to specialist support services where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate participant records using Microsoft 365.
- Work collaboratively with partners and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- A recognised qualification appropriate to the delivery of Mental Health & Wellbeing programmes.
- Experience supporting adults experiencing barriers that impact confidence, wellbeing or progression.
- Excellent coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fully proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Scotland as required.
- Current membership of the PVG Scheme, or willingness to obtain PVG Scheme membership before undertaking delivery.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Highly Desirable
- Experience coaching unemployed adults or individuals facing barriers to employment.
- Experience delivering DWP, Scottish Government or Local Authority-funded programmes.
- Experience delivering hybrid programmes combining face-to-face group delivery with one-to-one coaching.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and strengths-based coaching approaches.
- Ability to speak one or more additional languages.
What We Offer
We believe exceptional people deserve exceptional support.
As a valued member of our Associate Delivery Team, you'll benefit from:
- Part-time, contract-specific assignments.
- Full training in the MindWorks360 coaching model and delivery methodology.
- Ongoing coaching, mentoring and professional development.
- Access to our employee gym at our Glasgow Head Office.
- The opportunity to work within a supportive, ambitious and values-driven organisation committed to changing lives.
Minimum Qualification Requirement
This opportunity requires applicants to be suitably qualified to deliver Mental Health & Wellbeing programmes.
Please ensure your application clearly demonstrates your relevant professional qualifications together with your experience supporting adults with mental health and wellbeing needs, as these form part of the contractual requirements of the programmes we deliver.
