We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded CRM Manager to take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle, from first entry to long-term loyalty.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, where you’ll shape how we engage, reward, and retain our customers across every touchpoint.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for building and optimising a best-in-class CRM experience that drives customer retention, lifetime value, and engagement.
From crafting high-performing email and SMS campaigns to managing loyalty schemes and live draws, you’ll play a key role in turning customers into repeat players and brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Email, SMS Marketing, App Notifications
- Plan, build, and optimise campaigns and automated flows
- Segment audiences to deliver highly targeted messaging
- Continuously test and improve performance (open rates, CTR, conversion)
- Develop and manage a compelling loyalty programme
- Create reward mechanics that increase repeat engagement
- Monitor and optimise customer value over time
- Set up and manage competitions on-site
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and on-brand
- Work closely with acquisition marketing to align campaigns and messaging
- Oversee prize fulfilment and processing
- Support and manage live draw operations
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and exciting customer experience
- Customer Experience & Service
- Own customer communications across CRM channels
- Support customer service processes and improvements
- Use feedback and data to enhance the overall journey

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a CRM, lifecycle, or retention-focused role
- Strong knowledge of email & SMS marketing platforms
- A data-first mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise performance
- Experience with loyalty programmes, promotions, or gamified products is a big plus
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- A proactive, test-and-learn attitude
