Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Develop customised training programmes to reflect JCA philosophy to improve players’ technical abilities, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
- 1-2-1, 2-2-1 , team and small group sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback to players/Parents to support their development and boost confidence
- Monitor player progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance
- Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive sporting experience
- Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety standards and promote a safe environment for all participants
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably within football or similar team sports
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players of varying ages and abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and positively with players, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£20.00 per hour
