D4Health is a SEQOHS-accredited Occupational Health provider delivering high-quality services across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Occupational Health Advisor to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health professional who wants to influence the development of services, support business growth, and work closely with our Medical Director to shape the future of occupational health provision within the organisation.
The Role
Working under the guidance of our Medical Director, you will provide expert clinical support across the business while playing a key role in service development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
This position combines clinical delivery with strategic involvement, offering the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of existing services, support the introduction of new services, and share occupational health expertise across the organisation.
You will become a trusted clinical resource, supporting our Operations and Sales teams with knowledge and consistency of training
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical support to the Medical Director and wider business.
- Deliver high-quality occupational health services, including case management, pre-placement assessments, health surveillance, vaccinations, and health promotion activities.
- Support the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of internal clinical team and occupational health services.
- Act as a trusted clinical advisor to Operations, Sales, and clients, providing specialist occupational health guidance.
- Review and quality assure clinical reports, assessments, and service outputs.
- Contribute to clinical governance, compliance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support business growth through innovation, service development, and the promotion of occupational health best practice.
Duties
- Conduct occupational health assessments remotely and face-to-face.
- Undertake fitness-for-work assessments and pre-employment screening.
- Deliver training, mentoring, and clinical guidance to members of the occupational health team.
- Support health promotion and Wellbeing programmes.
- Support the development of clinical protocols, training materials, and standardised ways of working.
- Participate in clinical audits, meetings, and service review activities.
- Assist with the recruitment, induction, and development of clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with NMC, SEQOHS, and internal clinical governance standards.
- Provide clinical support to client discussions, proposals, and service delivery initiatives.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive management reports and recommendations
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
- An Occupational Health Nursing qualification
- HAVS would be desirable but not essential
- Current NMC Registration

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
