We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Shopkeeper to join our team.
FULL-TIME or PART-TIME SHOPKEEPER
Location: Belgravia, London
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week, including one weekend day per week)
Opening Calendar: Mon - Sun except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
Salary: £15.00 per hour
About the Role
As a Shopkeeper, you will be the face of our business and will represent us and the producers of our ranges to the public. You will be helping customers discover exceptional products while ensuring our store remains beautifully presented, calmly run and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
- Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the store
- Support stock deliveries and stock rotation
- Maintain food safety and health & safety standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, food retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred
- A love of food and flavour
- A genuine interest in working with a supermarket range of products including high-quality food, organic produce, and carefully sourced everyday essentials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to read the customer and attend to their needs
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Right to work in the UK
