Incognito Cocktail Bars are looking for bartenders with a passion for mixology to join us and be part of the team at our Winchester venue.
Incognito is based in a stunning speakeasy setting. We have a focus on molecular mixology, attention to detail, the theatrics of the product and overall customer experience.
Our Winchester venue has been open since April 2018. Winner of three “Best Bar in Hampshire” awards and turning heads nationally, we are a truly unique and intriguing experience.
We are looking for creative people, with a passion for mixology and cocktails. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with advanced cocktails and methods, molecular mixology and classic cocktails as well as an opportunity to be more creative than any other bar chain.
The individuals must be enthusiastic, driven and willing to build on their existing skills. This role is extremely rewarding and will require the ongoing learning/studying and developing their bar skills. Our attention to detail and theatrical elements are what sets us apart from our competitors. All of our staff will have opportunities to create drinks for upcoming new menus and events.
Applicants must be available evenings and weekends, experience of a high volume environment would be an advantage.
Full time Tips are currently in the region of £5000 per annum paid on top of basic pay.
