We're looking for a confident and energetic Weekend Duty Manager to become the operational leader during our busiest trading periods.
This isn't just another hospitality management role.
We're looking for someone who can lead people, maintain high standards, make confident decisions and create an incredible atmosphere for both our team and our customers.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the venue runs smoothly during our busiest periods while supporting, coaching and motivating the team around you.

Your responsibilities
- Leading the venue during peak trading periods
- Running pre-shift briefings
- Organising and directing the team
- Maintaining excellent customer service throughout every shift
- Coaching and supporting the team
- Handling customer issues confidently and professionally
- Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Ensuring staff remain productive throughout the shift
- Working closely with the management team
- Completing detailed handovers and highlighting opportunities for improvement

Previous hospitality leadership experience would be beneficial, but we're ultimately looking for someone with the right attitude, personality and leadership qualities.
What you'll receive
- £14.00–£15.00 per hour depending on experience
- Tronc
- 20–30 hour contract
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts
