Job Summary
Mobile Vehicle Paint Repair Technician – Full Time | Van-Based | Up to £60,000+ OTE
We are a fast-growing, high-demand mobile repair service covering retail clients across the North West. Our current team is busy, and earning great money every week.
This role is ideal for someone experienced, ambitious, and ready to earn serious weekly income.

Bonus structure -
Gross Amount Earned inc vat
£2,000 = £100
£2,300 = £150
£2,600 = £200
£2,900 = £250
£3,200 = £300
£3,500 = £350
£3,800 = £400
£4,100 = £450
£4,400 = £500
This bonus structure is uncapped, paid out weekly - with a days overtime lads have hit over £500 bonus + overtime pay + weekly salary.
Bumper corner average cost £260-300, Full bumper £420-£480, single door £390 give or take - so easily achievable for someone who can crack on with work.
OTE is for example 3 corners a day.
You’ll be repairing bumpers, corners, doors, small panels, small filler jobs & some alloy wheels – primarily at customer homes or offices & sometimes at our unit in widnes.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years hands-on experience with small filler repairs and SMART paintwork.
- A clean UK driving licence

- Someone who's capable of working quick, clean and efficiently
- Strong attention to finish quality and detail
- Good with customers and confident working independently
- Flexible approach to hours – it’s not a strict 9–5, more "start and finish the day when its done"
