We are seeking flexible and dedicated Childcare Workers to join our team in Warrington and Runcorn. This role involves providing high-quality childcare support to children of various ages, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being.

Whether you're a parent with free mornings now the children are at school, a student wanting shifts that fit around lectures, a retired childcare professional, or someone returning to the workforce — we want to hear from you.
Duties include:
- Supporting registered childcare settings and schools across Greater Manchester/Cheshire to cover short-term staff absences
- Working with children aged 0–11 in nurseries, preschools, and primary school settings
- Helping maintain safe ratios so settings can deliver high-quality care
- Picking shifts through our easy-to-use app — you choose when and where you work
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for working with children — experience and qualifications welcome but not always essential
- Fluency in English
- Reliability and professionalism — our settings depend on you turning up and doing a great job
- An enhanced DBS check (we'll guide you through this if you don't already have one)
- Based in or near Greater Manchester/Cheshire and able to commute to local settings
