Summary
We are seeking an Operations and Practice manager to oversee daily operations and practice growth at Crofts Dental Practice . This role is vital in ensuring smooth practice management and maintaining our high standards of patient care and staff support. We are looking for someone to bring in fresh ideas, systems and procedures to help us grow and move up to higher level of patient care. The role would come with responsibilities and KPIs, tracking practice growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the administrative and clinical staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage financial activities including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with dental practitioners to optimize patient scheduling and service delivery.
- Monitor practice performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or similar setting.
- Strong management skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Experience in financial management including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to healthcare environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Prior experience in dental or medical practice management is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
