The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for leading people, extensive bar and late-night hospitality experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. WHAT YOU’LL DO & WHO YOU’LL BE?
- Managing bookings and VIP Experiences Managing our famous entertainment team business development and grow one of Plymouth's favourite brands
- Control, manage & minimise all controllable costs efficiently within set targets
- Create & deliver a culture of exceptional customer service Promote, monitor & manage service levels within the team, through observations and two-way feedback
- Build strong relationships with peers & head office departments to effectively deal with matters concerning the venues stock package, promotions, staff development & employee relations
- Recruit, select, develop & retain high calibre staff that reflect the brand and promote excellent customer service
- Encourage and recognise outstanding team performance. To increase motivation and venue morale
- Build community relationships & develop a social hub within your venue Drive sales to achieve targets through business development & effective staff training
WHAT YOU’LL GET:
- Competitive salary - Base salary up to £35,000. - £40,000 OTE
