Your Role:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to take ownership of marketing activity across key product sectors. This is a hands‑on role covering product messaging, social media, reporting, content creation, marketing literature, case studies, website copy, and PR support.
The role will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing activity for product sectors ensuring consistent brand messaging and strong commercial alignment with sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Communications
- Create engaging content across multiple channels including social media, website, email campaigns, and printed literature
- Write and maintain website copy, ensuring clarity, accuracy, SEO best practice, and consistent tone of voice
- Develop case studies, customer success stories, and product use‑case content
- Produce and update marketing literature such as brochures, datasheets, and presentations
- Create social media content for deployment across relevant platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Work with Marketing team to aligned campaigns, launches, and sector priorities
Email Marketing
Develop email marketing campaigns using HubSpot ensuring messaging is relevant to targeted audience profiles and personas. Introduce automated campaigns to ensure relevant messaging is consistently fed to customers and prospects.
Product & Sector Marketing
- Take ownership of marketing activity for defined sales product sectors.
- Develop sector‑focused messaging, positioning, and campaigns and helps with others areas of the business such as Modular, Container Conversions and Hire.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and market trends
PR & Brand Support
- Support PR activity, including press releases, industry news, and trade coverage
- Assist with award submissions, announcements, and brand‑led communications
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in a marketing, communications, or content role
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience managing social media channels for a business
- Ability to create clear, engaging content for technical or product‑led sectors
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Confidence working cross‑functionally with sales and product teams
- Good working knowledge of outbound marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce or similar).
Desirable
- Experience in B2B, construction, modular buildings, or industrial products
- Basic understanding of SEO and website CMS platforms
- Experience creating or contributing to PR content
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
