Marwell Resort is looking for reliable and hardworking Housekeepers / Cleaners to join our team on a seasonal basis, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working as part of a team in a busy hospitality environment.
What we're looking for:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to drive and have access to transport due to our location
- Must be able to work early morning starts
Working Hours:
- Various days and hours available
- Weekend work required
- Flexible shifts available
- Early starts are required
- Additional hours may be available during busy periods

Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning guest accommodation to a high standard
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas
- Changing bed linen and replenishing guest supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues and damages
- Following health and safety procedures
- Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and ready for guests
