Who Is Our Client?
Our client is an outsourced sales and marketing company based in London.* They represent national non-profit brands through face-to-face customer acquisition, focusing on personal interaction rather than digital methods. They are currently expanding their residential division* and are looking for individuals to represent them as Field Sales Representatives.
Who Should Apply?
- Experience Level: This is an entry-level role, so no previous experience is required. However, we welcome applicants from customer-facing backgrounds like hospitality or retail, care, administration, waiting staff, front of house, customer service or sales.
- Commitment: Looking for candidates with full-time equivalent availability.
- Location: Candidates must be able to commute to theLondon hub daily for morning briefings.
- Qualities: Articulate, well-presented, and comfortable engaging with the public in a face-to-face setting.
What you will be doing:
- Representing clients face-to-face within residential promotional campaigns.
- Engage with customers, explain products/services and answer questions clearly.
- Build rapport quickly to create a positive customer experience.
- Process customer information and complete sales accurately.
- Attend daily upskilling sessions and client training sessions to develop skills and performance.

Please Note
Successful applicants will work directly with our client on a subcontracted basis, this means you are responsible for managing your own Tax and National Insurance.. This role is designed for those seeking a results-oriented income (Brand Awareness Fee + Commission and Incentives) rather than a fixed salary.
Pay: £508.40-£650.00 per week
