We are looking for a friendly and reliable Coffee Shop Assistant to join our welcoming team at Coldwells House to work every other weekend (6 hours Saturday and 6 Hours Sunday)in our on site coffee shop is a popular spot for residents ,families and visitors providing a warm, social environment and a great cuppa!
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, light snacks, and cakes
- Taking orders
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting coffee shop environment
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Assisting with restocking and basic food preparation
- flexibility to assist in other departments for example Kitchen, or Domestic
About You:
- Warm, approachable, and customer-focused
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Experience in a café, coffee shop, or customer service role is an advantage, but full training will be provided
Working Pattern:
Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
6 hours per day
