Fish Brothers has an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Preparation Controller based at our new Acorn Fleet Centre.
You will be responsible for Scheduling Sales work for the Technicians at the Fleet Centre by liaising with the Sales Departments at Toyota, Kia, Omoda & Jaecoo, Chery, and Lepas. You will be booking work into our internal data management systems, printing and allocating job cards, creating and issuing Number Plates, and invoicing all completed work. You will also create, issue, and invoice warranty work when required on the new vehicles. You will have responsibility for 3-4 Technicians, split across those brands mentioned above.
Knowledge of Drive and Google sheets would be advantageous, as would previous Service Advisor or Sales Controller experience.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm with an unpaid lunch break of 1 hour.
