We're looking for an experienced, passionate and driven Full-Time Chef to join our growing team at Benedict's Brunchbar.
Benedict's is an independent brunch café built on fresh food, exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality. Since opening, we've developed a fantastic reputation for quality, consistency and customer service, and we're looking for someone who wants to play a key role in our continued growth.
About the Role
As our Full-Time Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently outstanding food while helping maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and genuinely enjoys producing quality brunch dishes.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook all dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food is presented beautifully and consistently.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Follow stock rotation procedures and minimise waste.
- Assist with ordering, stock control and deliveries.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Support the wider team to ensure every customer has an excellent experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a chef in a busy café, brunch restaurant or similar environment.
- A genuine passion for fresh, high-quality food.
- Calm and organised under pressure.
- High standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
- A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential).
