As a Sales Team Member, you will play an active role in representing the business and supporting client engagement activity across live campaigns. You will gain hands on experience in communication, negotiation, and performance management, while working alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to maintaining high standards.
This is a role where consistency, attitude, and professionalism are recognised. With structured training and ongoing coaching, you will be supported in developing both confidence and competence in a client facing environment.
Full training is provided from day one. We focus on developing practical skills that are transferable across business, sales, and leadership pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing the business confidently and professionally in client interactions
- Supporting active sales campaigns and engaging directly with customers
- Delivering clear, persuasive communication in face to face environments
- Maintaining strong personal presentation and professional conduct
- Contributing to individual and team performance targets
- Attending regular coaching sessions to refine communication and sales techniques
- Demonstrating accountability, organisation, and reliability in daily activity
