Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for delivering, servicing, and collecting portable toilets across Cornwall and surrounding areas. This is a hands‑on driving and operational role, working independently on most jobs and representing the company on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect portaloos to events, sites, farms, and private locations using company vehicles and trailers.
- Service units on site, including pumping out, replenishing consumables, cleaning, and ensuring all units are left in good working order.
- Complete daily route plans and manage time effectively to meet customer schedules.
- Carry out basic maintenance on units (e.g., minor repairs, replacing parts, checking functionality).
- Operate equipment safely, including pumps, hoses, straps, and lifting aids.
- Communicate professionally with customers, site managers, and event organisers.
- Record jobs accurately, including delivery notes, service logs, and any issues found.
- Maintain vehicles and equipment, reporting defects and keeping everything clean and presentable.
- Follow health & safety procedures, including PPE use, manual handling, and safe working around vehicles and machinery.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (towing experience preferred but not essential).
- Good practical skills and confidence working outdoors in all weather.
- Ability to work independently and problem‑solve on site.
- Physically fit enough for manual handling and hose work.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable dealing with customers.
- Willingness to work occasional early mornings, weekends, or event hours when required.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
