Overview
We are looking for a motivated and Enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing transport Company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Promoting the Companies Services and sourcing and securing new Private Hires. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, Delivering customer service and has organisation and geographical awareness.
Duties
- You will be required to engage with our current and new customers, giving accurate information and securing work.
- Promote the companies Transport Services
- Prepare and follow up quotations in a timely manner.
- Conduct sales calls and emails.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Provide after-sales support.
- You must have the ability to assess routes use mapping tools such as Google Maps to ensure destinations are appropriate and safe for larger vehicles.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales
- Communication Skills
- Organisation and time management.
- Motivation to drive the company.
- Basic IT Skills i.e Using Microsoft Office, Google Maps, Emails.
The successful candidate will help drive business growth, Maintain customer relationships and represent the company professionally. They will play a key role in expanding our customer base while ensuring every client receives exceptional service from initial enquiry through to journey completion.
