Part Time Keyholder / Supervisor

The Spylaw is looking for an experienced part time Keyholder / Supervisor to join our team.
We are a busy, food led gastropub in Colinton with a strong focus on table service, quality food, great drinks and proper hospitality. We are looking for someone confident, reliable and experienced who can help lead shifts and support the management team.
The role would suit someone who has already worked in a fast paced pub, restaurant or gastropub environment and is comfortable taking responsibility during service.
The role includes:
Opening and closing the bar
Leading shifts and supporting the team during busy services
Running smooth table service in a food led environment
Handling guest queries professionally
Supporting junior team members during service
Cash handling and end of night procedures
Keeping standards high across the bar, restaurant and front of house areas
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous supervisor, keyholder or senior front of house experience
Has worked in a fast paced, table service, food led venue
Is confident opening and closing a bar
Can stay calm and organised during busy services
Is reliable, mature and able to take ownership of a shift
Has a friendly, professional approach with guests and the team
Is available for evenings and weekends
