Property Manager
K&M are seeking a bright, energetic, and intelligent individual to work directly alongside the Managing Director, and existing team members.
This is a hands-on and varied role within a busy property management environment, offering exposure to financial, legal, operational, and compliance matters.
Job Purpose
The Property Manager is responsible for the effective management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties, ensuring high standards of customer service, property maintenance, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
Education & Qualifications
Professional qualification or membership with a recognised property management body (desirable).
Valid driver's licence (required for site visits).
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in property management of residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
Proven experience in tenant relations, contractor management, and property maintenance.
Experience preparing budgets and managing service charges or operating expenses.
Knowledge of lease administration and contract management.
Property management principles and best practices.
Building maintenance systems and facilities management.
Landlord and tenant legislation and health and safety regulations.
Budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Risk management and insurance requirements.
Procurement and vendor management processes.
Property management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
