Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Freelance Event Assistants to support the delivery of a variety of promotional, corporate and public events. This is a flexible, zero-hours opportunity ideal for individuals seeking occasional work around studies, other employment or personal commitments.
No previous event experience is required. Full training and briefing will be provided before each event.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the smooth operation of events on the day
- Support event setup and pack-down activities
- Welcome and assist attendees, guests and members of the public
- Represent the brand professionally and positively
- Help maintain a well-organised and efficient event environment
- Respond to instructions from event managers and team leaders
- Assist with basic administrative or logistical tasks as required
- Identify and communicate any issues that may impact event delivery

Experience & Training
- No previous experience required
- Full training and event briefings provided

Contract Type
- Freelance / Self-Employed
