Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisors to oversee daily cleaning operations in Bicester during both day and evening shifts. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining efficient workflow across various commercial premises. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across designated sites, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Allocate work schedules and assign tasks to team members effectively, adapting to operational needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to monitor quality and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, staff attendance, and incident reports.
- Promote a positive team environment by motivating staff and fostering professional development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is essential.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a cleaning environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear instructions and feedback.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to commercial cleaning operations.
