Overview
Please note this role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to project administration or client coordination. Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience in delivering commercial shopfitting or refurbishment projects and be confident making practical construction decisions and supporting site teams with technical challenges.
What we are looking for:
This is not a traditional office-based management role.
We are looking for someone who has progressed through the construction industry, ideally with the background knowledge of working on the tools before moving into Site Management.
The successful candidate will have a strong practical understanding of commercial shopfitting and refurbishment and be able to provide technical guidance and practical solutions when challenges arise on site.
You will be confident discussing construction methods with our operatives, making informed decisions, troubleshooting unforeseen issues and supporting the team to deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on programme.
Your experience and practical knowledge will enable you to build credibility with our site teams and earn their respect through sound judgement, leadership and a willingness to support them when needed.
Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coventry (West Midlands)
