Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Drainage Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing drainage systems across various projects. Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments to determine drainage requirements.
- Install, repair, and maintain drainage infrastructure using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Experiance in groundwork’s
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently during installation and repair tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as necessary for project completion.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with existing drainage systems and implement effective solutions.
- Use basic maths for measurements, calculations, and ensuring accurate installation specifications.
- Work with commercial driving vehicles to transport materials or equipment to various sites when required.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, recognising potential hazards around site operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience or training in drainage systems installation or maintenance is preferred.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments.
- Basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording purposes.
- Valid commercial driving licence is desirable for transporting equipment or materials between sites.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse settings while maintaining safety protocols.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
