ABOUT HERA EXECUTIVES
Hera Executives is a managed executive support firm. We provide senior EA and operational support to a portfolio of founder-led businesses across the UK — embedded deeply into each client company, not sitting on the outside looking in.
Our model is simple. Each EA manages a portfolio of client companies like account relationships. They know each business, understand the people behind it, and become a genuine part of how it runs. As the portfolio grows, so does the team. As the team grows, so do the careers of the people in it.
We are based in a purpose-built office in Cirencester and are part of the From Alignment™ group — a business development and strategic operating studio working with ambitious founders across the UK.
“We take our work seriously but not ourselves. Standards matter here. So does the culture.”
THE ROLE
This is the second hire into Hera Executives. You will join our Head of Executive Support and work across a portfolio of client companies from day one.
This is not a traditional admin role. You will be embedded into real businesses, working directly with their founders and leadership teams, and becoming the operational backbone of how those companies run. The work is varied, the pace is fast, and the standard is high.
Over time, you will build your own client portfolio. Each company you support becomes your account. You will know its people, understand its priorities, and be trusted to keep it moving. That is the model — and it is the career path.
If you are looking for a role where you sit quietly in the background processing tasks, this is not it. If you want to be genuinely useful to ambitious people building real things, read on.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In the early months, you will support our Head of Executive Support across the existing client portfolio. As you find your feet, you will take on your own client relationships. No two days are the same.
DAY TO DAY
- Managing diaries, calendars, and scheduling across multiple client companies
- Preparing documents, meeting notes, briefings, and correspondence
- Managing inboxes and communications on behalf of founders and directors
- Coordinating projects, tracking actions, and chasing follow-through
- Supporting supplier, partner, and client communications
- Maintaining systems, records, and filing across the client portfolio
- Covering for other EAs when needed — the team shares responsibility for the portfolio
AS YOU GROW
- Taking ownership of your own client portfolio
- Becoming the primary point of contact for your client companies
- Developing deep knowledge of each business you support
- Contributing to how Hera Executives operates and grows as a business
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are not looking for the most experienced person in the room. We are looking for the right person.
YOU ARE
- Highly organised — you run your own life well and you notice when things are not being run well by others
- Commercially curious — you are genuinely interested in how businesses work, not just what they need from you administratively
- Relationship-driven — you understand that the best EA is someone a founder trusts completely
- Discreet — you will work with sensitive information and you understand that completely
- Proactive — you do not wait to be told what needs doing
- Reliable — when you say something will be done, it is done
- Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a growing business, not a fixed structure
EXPERIENCE
Previous EA, PA, office management, or coordination experience is beneficial but not essential. We will teach the right person the specifics. What we cannot teach is attitude, discretion, and the drive to be genuinely excellent at something.
Confidence with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital systems is expected.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role starts at 20 to 25 hours per week, based at our office in Cirencester. Core hours are 9am to 5pm with flexibility available. Pay is £14.00 to £16.00 per hour depending on experience.
There is genuine scope for this to become a full-time role as the client portfolio grows. The Hera Executives model is built to scale — and the people who join early and do it well will grow with it.
This is not a job where you cap out. If you are good, the role expands. If you want it, the career path is real.

Tell us how you think. Tell us what you are good at. Tell us what you want.
That is enough. If it is the right fit, we will know.
