Affiliate Growth Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Growth Manager to build and scale a new affiliate programme for a rapidly scaling startup business, based in Central London.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys creating new acquisition channels from the ground up. You will be responsible for recruiting affiliates, driving partner engagement, optimising performance and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities as Affiliate Growth Manager:
- Develop the affiliate proposition, partner messaging and commission structure
- Set up and manage the programme through PartnerStack
- Create scalable processes for recruitment, onboarding, activation and reporting
- Identify and recruit relevant affiliates, creators, communities, consultants, newsletters and referral partners
- Run outbound campaigns to attract new affiliates
- Launch campaigns to increase referrals and revenue
- Monitor affiliate activity and identify opportunities for improvement
To be considered for this Affiliate Growth Manager role, you must have experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, referral programmes, influencer marketing or performance marketing. You will ideally have experience with affiliate platforms, CRM systems and have worked in a small team/company.
Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
