Due to the continued expansion of our Birmingham operation, Prospect Coaches (West) Ltd is looking to recruit an additional Operations Supervisor to join our growing management team. Operating one of the UK's largest FlixBus depots, our Birmingham operation continues to expand, requiring strong operational leaders who can support our drivers, maintain high standards and ensure the safe, reliable delivery of our services.

The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation during your shift.
- Support and manage drivers.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for service.
- Resolve operational issues and minimise disruption.
- Liaise with Traffic Control, Engineering and Management.
- Maintain accurate operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and legislation.
- Carry out investigations, audits and coaching where required.
- Lead by example and promote a positive working culture.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or transport experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Calm under pressure.
- Good IT skills.
- Flexible approach to shift work.
- Full UK driving licence (PCV desirable but not essential).
- A proactive leader who enjoys solving problems rather than simply reporting them.
