Role Title: In-Person Specialist SEN Tutor (Qualified Teacher, 1-to-1)
Subjects: Core Subjects (English, Maths & Science) at KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4, GCSE/Functional Skills Level
Pay Rate: £31.00 – £45.00 per hour (determined by the level of material taught, rather than student age)
Hours & Delivery: Flexible, up to 15 hours per week during standard school hours (In-person)

Essential Baseline Criteria
All applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised UK equivalent.
- Be based in the UK with verified Right to Work status.
- Be established and ready to work on a self-employed basis.

The Role
As an Equal Education Tutor, you will plan and deliver high-quality, highly personalised 1-to-1 tuition across core subjects (English, Maths, and Science) from Key Stage 1 through to GCSE and Functional Skills. Sessions take place face-to-face at the child's home or within your local community during school hours. Because our learners present with complex, high-level needs, your delivery will often lean towards therapeutic and specialist mentoring alongside direct academic instruction.
