About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hands-on Site Project Manager to support a potential warehouse project in the Warrington area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, project planning, subcontractor management, client communication, progress reporting and health & safety coordination.
This role would suit someone with solid experience in warehouse, commercial, industrial, construction, fit-out, M&E, security, electrical or general engineering projects. We are looking for someone who not only understands site delivery, but can also support basic project management outputs such as project plans, schedules, Gantt charts, progress reports, action trackers and handover documentation.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate works on site.
* Act as the main site contact between the client, project team, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Prepare and maintain basic project plans, programmes and schedules, including Gantt charts where required.
* Track project progress against the agreed programme and report any delays, risks or changes.
* Prepare project management documents, including progress reports, action trackers, issue logs, site meeting notes and handover records.
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
* Support project planning, site preparation, logistics and resource coordination.
* Review and coordinate RAMS, permits, access requirements and health & safety documentation.
* Ensure site works are carried out in accordance with project requirements, health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the client and internal management team.
* Identify risks, delays, variations and site constraints, and escalate them where required.
* Support handover, snagging, documentation and project close-out.
* Maintain good communication with both site teams and office-based management.

Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years project management or site management experience.
* Previous project management experience is strongly preferred, including project planning, programme tracking and reporting.
* Ability to prepare and maintain project plans, schedules and basic Gantt charts.
* Experience producing project management outputs such as progress reports, action trackers, issue logs, meeting minutes and handover documentation.
* Experience managing engineering, construction, warehouse, commercial, industrial or fit-out projects.
* Good understanding of site coordination, subcontractor management and project delivery.
* Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage site activities independently and work under pressure.
* Good awareness of health and safety requirements on construction or industrial sites.
* Ability to read and understand basic project documentation, drawings, RAMS and site instructions.
* Willingness to work on site in the Warrington / North West area.
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
* Mandarin speaking is essential due to communication with some clients and suppliers.

* Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English.
* Previous experience working with international project teams.
* Experience in warehouse, logistics, data centre or industrial projects.
* Background in M&E, electrical, security systems, structured cabling, fit-out or general building works.
* CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
* Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on live warehouse or commercial sites.
* Familiarity with RAMS review, permits, site access control and H&S coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar project planning tools would be an advantage.
