Receptionist
General
A very good opportunity to start a career with a fast paced construction company. We are looking to employ a general receptionist with none to little required experience.
Forum are a main contractor based in Essex working on various types of commercial / residential construction projects valued between £50k - £10m
£22.5k - £24.5k depending on level and experience with bonuses and rise on performance
Progression of role is available and will be encouraged
Parking available
Will be working out of the head office in Wickford
Hours will be 9-5 or 8-4,
Roles
- 1st in-line of answering calls
- Greeting clients and sub contractors to the office
- Sourcing & booking accommodation for staff
- Printing
- Stationary orders
- Arranging site visits for operatives
- Assisting with the IT System
Office / Contract
- Currently 25 office staff, 15 site-managers staff. We aim to progress to 30 office staff and 18 on-site staff by 2025. A youthful office with experienced senior-management
