The Role
We’re looking for an experienced machine operator to join our busy yard team based in Snitterfield , Warwickshire. (CV37)
You’ll play a key part in the safe and efficient movement of scrap metal across the site.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate 360/material handlers and grabs to load and unload scrap
- Sort, move, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently
- Complete routine maintenance checks and basic upkeep of machinery
- Work closely with yard and weighbridge teams to keep operations flowing smoothly
- Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a tidy, well-organised yard
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience operating 360/material handler or grab machinery (essential)
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork in a busy yard environment
- Reliability, good communication, and a solid work ethic
- Relevant tickets/certifications preferred (please detail in your CV)
