About the Role
We have a great opportunity to join our Facilities Management team in the role of Technical Support Office and seek a highly self-motivated and experienced individual to take up this position. The role supports the Service Support Manager and the wider Senior Management team of the FM Service. Key responsibilities include assisting with monitoring of financial performance for Hard and Soft FM trading, coordination of business plans, risk and opportunity registers, ISO support, emergency preparedness, workforce performance and quality dashboards, staff survey action plans and ensuring up to date knowledge of relevant policy, technical, regulatory matters relevant to the service.
Our ideal person will have:
- Experience of working in an environment where you are required to work at a senior level and develop effective relationships working across a range of stakeholders.
- Experience of delivering administration and technical support at a senior level in support of service managers ensuring corporate deadlines are achieved.
- Experience of monitoring performance of quality and financial outputs and analysis thereof and of budget management including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and budget monitoring.
Experience in producing and maintaining accurate records of technical data and producing general analysis to help inform management decision making and of interpreting and applying policy, guidelines and regulations relevant to the service.
