We are a well established family run homecare provider. We provide homecare in the skiptom area. We provide support to people living in our own community. Support workers required to provide care and support to the elderly in their own homes .We work in the skipton area. As a homecare worker your role will include assisting with washing and dressing, meal preparation as well as administering medication and light home hygiene tasks. We require drivers and none drivers who are committed to providing a high standard of care who are professional and dedicated. We are looking for people who are reliable honest and understand the importance of keeping people safe.We provide a comprehensive training and induction package and extensive shadowing with established senior team members our support workers are supported by a dedicated management team. We cover the cost of a dbs police check We have a variety of shifts available on a rota system this includes mornings lunches tea and late shifts alternate weekends and some evening shifts are a requirement. We have full and part time hours available. We cover travel time and have a generous bonus scheme. We are a family run business we provide homecare for the elderly that live in our own community.This is a responsible role we expect high standards of care reliability good communication skills and punctuality are very important when working with vulnerable adults. We are looking for people work to a very high standard and who have an eye for detail and who are willing to train and are committed to personal development. We provide all ppe and comprehensive covid 19 training.All of our work is within the skipton area there is no travelling miles out of the town.
