As an In Room Dining Supervisor at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our In Room Dining and Mini Bar service. Working closely with the In Room Dining Manager, you will help deliver seamless service, maintain exceptional standards and support the development of your team to create memorable guest experiences. - Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the In Room Dining and Mini Bar service.
- Help drive departmental performance, ensuring the team is working towards service and operational goals.
- Assist with team scheduling, ensuring labour resources are effectively managed.
- Lead and participate in team briefings, communicating key updates and operational information.
- Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Support, train and develop team members, creating a positive and collaborative environment.
- Oversee Mini Bar operations, ensuring stock levels are maintained, products are rotated correctly and guest charges are accurately posted.
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as required to maintain service standards.
- Provide enhanced service and personalised amenities for VIP and long-stay guests.
- Ensure all company, safety and statutory regulations are followed at all times.
- Maintain accurate use of MICROS and cash handling procedures.
- Build strong working relationships with Restaurant, Culinary and wider hotel teams.
- Support the development of departmental procedures and service standards.
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro.
You have experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel food and beverage environment and are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced operation, lead by example and enjoy supporting and developing those around you.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities. With a warm personality and genuine passion for hospitality, you take pride in delivering memorable service while maintaining the highest operational standards.
