About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our friendly, family-run business. This is an entry-level role with a genuine opportunity to learn the business and progress over time.
You’ll predominantly support our operations team, helping to keep things running smoothly day-to-day, while also being a key all-rounder who’s happy to get involved wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team
- Assist with scheduling, job coordination, and general planning
- Answer calls and respond to emails from customers and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support with job tracking, paperwork, and reporting
- Help with general office duties and step in to support other areas when required

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,662.88 per year
