Due to the high demand of referrals, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to provide person-centered care to our clients.
We DO NOT use zero hour contracts
We pay one of the highest rates of pay in the area Starting at £14.00 as a basic probation starting rate then a pay increase once you have passed. At which point the level of pay will depend on your level of experience, and care qualifications.
Please note that the pay rate is from 1st March 2025
We Pay Mileage
We Also Pay Travel Time (from one client to the next).
Our clients only live in Trowbridge and surrounding villages, so you will spend much more time caring than you will travelling. We spend a lot of time caring about you so you can care for our clients.

Development opportunities to progress through the QCF Levels are encouraged, with full support, which gets recognized through our pay rates. Our highest pay rate being £21.81 per hour. Many of the office staff have joined us as Carers have transitioned to the office team.
We have one of the highest retention rates too, meaning once you join our family you won't want to leave!
1 member of staff has reached 10 years with us and 60% of the staff have worked with us for more than 5 Years.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
We don't require any qualifications or experience as we have a comprehensive induction training program which includes:
- An induction folder - with all information you require
- E-Learning - to give you the basic knowledge
- Face to Face Training - To extend on the basic knowledge to ensure you feel competent to carry out your job role.
- Observation shifts - to observe a senior member of staff to ensure you feel comfortable with what the job entails
- Shadowing - working under the supervision of a senior carer until you feel comfortable to work alone
- Regular supervisions - undertaken with the Manager to discuss and support you in your role and any additional support or training either party feels will be beneficial.
The only things we require are:
- That you truly care
- Have a full UK driving License with business insurance
- The ability to be flexible
- To be reliable
Our Philosophy is to maintain the highest standard of care for our clients, and we achieve this by looking after our staff!
We pride ourselves on listening to what our staff needs are, keeping travelling distance to a minimum, making sure you have enough time to look after your clients, if you finish early with your client, we want you to stop and have a chat with them.
You will be out training with a senior carer until you are ready to go out on your own.
We recognize members of staff's hard work and dedication and this is rewarded accordingly. Every time you pass a QCF you move up the pay bracket.
We require all employees to work alternate weekends but we are flexible, you can discuss your hours and availability with your manager and come to an agreement.
We really do have an open door policy in our office, providing full support to our staff. Even when the office is closed, there is always someone at the end of the telephone, whenever it may be needed, we are all approachable and act upon your concerns and worries.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including medication administration and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, particularly for seniors and those with dementia or Alzheimer's.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Drive clients to appointments and engage in community activities as needed.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards while delivering compassionate care.
