We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our friendly and supportive nursery in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery.
- Ensure the nursery operates in line with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- Inspire, motivate, and support the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and external professionals.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout the setting.
- Drive continuous improvement and support the nursery's growth and success.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (Level 5 or 6 desirable).
- Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education.
