Party Host – Play Gym & Café (Part-Time) We are seeking an enthusiastic Party Host to join our family-friendly play gym and café.
You’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating children’s birthday parties, ensuring every celebration runs smoothly and creates unforgettable memories.
Responsibilities:
- Host and lead children’s birthday parties with a warm, friendly approach
- Coordinate themes, decorations, balloons, and party food service
- Work as a team with the kitchen staff to stay on schedule
- Prepare and serve hot drinks and simple snacks (barista skills a bonus)
- Keep party rooms and play areas clean and safe before, during, and after parties
- Engage with parents and children to ensure a fantastic experience
- Take a hands-on role in party transitions, including clean downs and resets
- Assist the wider café and play gym team when require
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and delegation skills
- Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or event hosting preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-focused environment
- Basic kitchen skills (training provided if needed)
- Must be Available to work weekends and school holidays
