The Park Hotel is a vibrant three-star hotel located in North Liverpool, with an extensive events programme and is an established and much sought after wedding venue. We seek an experienced Chef de Partie who can join the hotel’s team of hospitality professionals to achieve and enhance the exemplary levels of service deserved by our customers.
Job Description:
Part-Time role on a Casual Worker Agreement.
As a Chef De Partie you are responsible for supporting the Head Chef in a busy Hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food. The Chef de Partie will ensure high standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation of food, and will keep up to date with new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking to support the kitchen team
- Ensure all food safety standards are maintained
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Support serving staff during busy periods
- Help with meal presentation to meet quality standards
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food preparation or culinary roles
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to assist with various kitchen tasks
- Previous restaurant or hotel kitchen experience is preferred
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and service
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team.
