General Builder / Site Operative
We are looking for a reliable and practical General Builder / Site Operative to install advertising boards at properties across Accrington and other towns in the North of England.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing advertising boards securely and professionally
- Travelling between properties and installation sites
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Assessing suitable fixing positions and installation methods
- Communicating professionally with property owners, tenants and members of the public
- Completing assigned installations efficiently and to a high standard
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience in general building, maintenance or labouring work
- Confident and competent in the use of hand and power tools
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel throughout Accrington and other locations in the North of England
Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
